  • you grant Dora a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, copy, process, display and back up the Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you;

07Service availability and disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss, and we may carry out maintenance, update, or change functionality. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit consumers’ non-waivable rights under mandatory law (Section 11).

08Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account in case of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful use, or where required by law, giving advance notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using and close your account at any time by contacting hello@doradora.cc. After termination, access to the service ends, and the processing and storage of data are governed by the Privacy Policy (retention periods).

09Personal Data and Communications

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Service notifications are sent as part of service delivery. Marketing emails are sent only with consent and include unsubscribe options.

10Changes to the Terms and the service

We may update these Terms and evolve the service. The current version with the update date is always available on this page. We will give advance notice of material changes — on the website or by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated version; if you do not agree, please stop using the service.

11Governing Law, Consumer Rights, and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, the UK, the USA, or Canada, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence, and such provisions apply to the extent they are mandatory. We seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing agreement, a dispute is resolved in court in accordance with applicable law.

12Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor (for example, in case of reorganization) while preserving your rights. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dora regarding use of the service.
